After the pruning demonstration, we will hold our 6th Annual Rose Auction. Fill your garden with bargains from this popular event. Bring your already pruned roses and wrap them in a plastic garbage bag so we can keep the floor clean. Be sure to attach a label with the name and type of rose.

Program: Bring your Favorites!
Bring your favorite tools and rose cuttings. By sharing our experiences, we become better rose growers and gain valuable insights which give us more time to enjoy the garden with less work. We will also have a contest with a prize going to the winner. As Mother's Day is in May, the person naming the most roses with mother in the name or named for the hybridizer's mother will be the winner.
June 11, Friday: SCCRS General Meeting, 7:30 P.M
Location: O'Connor Medical Office Bldg., map
Program: Fun & Games with Roses
For our June meeting, come join us for a Name That Rose Challenge. Everyone is invited to bring 2 roses (one rose per bottle). Place the rose name on a piece of paper upside down beneath each bottle. We had this program last year and it was so popular we brought it back!
Everyone will receive a numbered paper on which to show us how good a rose guesser you are. The person naming the most roses correctly will win a prize.
Be prepared to tell us about the roses you brought. Also, don’t forget to bring roses for the Little Rose Show.
